Exchange & Refunds
1. Can I get a refund for treatments?
All payments for treatments and packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, you may transfer your session to a friend or loved one if you are unable to use it.
2. Can I exchange a treatment for another service?
Yes, treatments may be exchanged or upgraded to another service of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid.
3. What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
Results may vary per individual depending on skin type, condition, and lifestyle. Our specialists will recommend the best treatment plan for you, but no refunds can be issued based on results.
4. Can I return or exchange skincare products?
For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded. Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the receipt.
5. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
