1. How do I book a treatment?
You can book through our website/booking portal, by phone, or by visiting our clinic. Simply select your treatment, choose a date and time, and confirm with a ₱1,000 or 50% deposit (or full payment).
2. Do I need a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes. A ₱1,000 or 50% deposit, or full payment, is required to confirm all bookings. This ensures your slot is reserved.
3. Can I book skincare products for pickup or delivery?
Yes! Skincare products can be pre-ordered online or by phone for clinic pickup or delivery (shipping fees may apply). Full payment is required for product reservations.
4. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule by logging into your account or contacting us directly via phone, email, or chat. Please follow our cancellation & rescheduling policy to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
5. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. During Hot Deals Promos, availability may be limited, so book as early as possible.
6. Can I book multiple treatments or products at once?
Absolutely! You can book and purchase multiple treatments or products in one transaction, subject to availability.
