5. Quality Assurance (RA 7394 – Consumer Act)

We are committed to ensuring products and services are of satisfactory quality and compliant with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

• Products: Includes merchandise like facial, skin, and body-related items.

• Services: Includes facials, skin care, and aesthetic treatments performed by our team.

6. Warranties & Service Guarantees

• Products: Carry a one-week defect-free guarantee. Defective items returned within one (1) week with receipt may be replaced or refunded.

• Services: Treatment results vary depending on personal health, skin type, and lifestyle. No absolute results are guaranteed.

7. Health, Allergies, and Pregnancy

• Treatments are for general wellness and not substitutes for medical treatment.

• Clients with conditions should consult a physician before availing services.

• Clients must disclose health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before booking.

• By availing services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviVe Skin & Aesthetic Clinic, its staff, and affiliates.

8. Cash Payments

We accept the following:

• Cash (PHP)

• Bank Transfer / Online Banking

• GCash

• Maya

• 7-Eleven Payments

An electronic receipt will be issued within 24 hours.

9. Credit/Loan Payment Methods

• A 7% additional bank charge applies when paying via Credit Cards, PayPal, BillEase, MayaCredit, GCash G-Credit, GCash G-Gives, ShopeePay Later, JCB, and Atome.

• A 10% charge applies for payments made through the ReviVe Installment Program.

10. E-Gift Certificate | Gift Voucher

• No expiry

• Must be presented upon booking.

• Valid for all treatments

• Transferable & shareable

• Reservation required

• Changes must be made 2 days before your appointment.

• You can reschedule up to 3 times only.

• Non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be combined with other promos.

11. Booking Policy For Regular Promo Price

• ₱500 deposit required to confirm all bookings.

• Deposit is deductible from the total bill.

• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but you may reschedule up to 3 times

12. Booking Policy For Special Promo Price (HOT DEALS)

• A ₱1,000 or 50% deposit, or full payment, is required to confirm all bookings. This ensures your slot is reserved.

• Deposit is deductible from the total bill.

• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but you may reschedule up to 3 times

13. Invoices & Check-in

• Appointments must be paid before invoice due date.

• Late arrivals may shorten service time but will be charged in full.

14. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours before appointment: Deposit is non-refundable, but you may rebook up to 3 times.

• More than 1 hour late / No-show: 100% of the deposit is forfeited.

15. Discounts & Promotions

• Discounts must be presented at checkout and cannot be combined.

• Promo treatments/packages follow separate conditions.

• VIP members enjoy 10% off with an active card.

16. Clinic Regulations

• Phones must be on silent inside treatment rooms.

• Children are not allowed in treatment areas for safety.

• Only the person availing treatment is allowed inside the treatment rooms.

17. Refunds & Exchanges

• Single treatments: Non-refundable once started.

• Prepaid packages: Exchangeable; refundable within 7-day cooling-off period.

• Transfers: Allowed with management approval.

18. Pricing & Transparency

• Prices are fixed at booking time.

• Additional charges for add-ons will be stated clearly.

• Promo rates valid only within promo period.

19. Data Privacy & Security (RA 10173)

We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

• Personal data is secured and only used for service and marketing purposes with consent.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviVe Skin & Aesthetic Clinic is not liable for loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to:

• Adverse reactions from undisclosed conditions/allergies

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Indirect or consequential damages (loss of income, data, etc.)

21. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will include a new “Effective Date.”
